What Does this HSG Test Result Mean?

Hello Doctor I had got a Hsg done on the 11th March, and following is the report. Uterus is a normal inverted triangular shape, it has smooth irregularities in the lower uterine wall. Uterine fields, both tubesare a normal diameter-There is free spillage on the right and contained Spillage on the left! Conclusion:Left contained spillage uterine folds.I want to know that there is a possebility to conceive? Could you please brief me about the report.Thanking you

Hello,

The report of hysterosalpingography indicates patency of both sides of fallopian tubes as there is spillage over both adnexal regions. However, an irregularity over lower uterine portion is not normal which can hamper the sperm entry, survival time period of others causing difficulties in conceiving. An endometrial biopsy is of great help in this regard to find best details of histology and if any structural abnormality present or not.
